NMCI Webmail Windows 7, Vista, XP: Here is the link where you can check your NMCI Webmail. All DOD employees and reservist require a CAC Card Reader if they wish to check their email. You will need to install the ACTIV CARD Software if you have a computer with Windows XP and Vista but you do not need the Activ Card Software for Windows 7. Windows 7 has built in drivers and card reader software required to check your email and log in to all CAC enabled Navy and Government Web sites.
